Overview

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement apply to software, workflows, and QuickBooks integrations provided by Practical Intelligence. By using the software or integration, you agree to use it responsibly and only for your authorized business purposes.

What the Software Does

Practical Intelligence software assists with workflow automation, QuickBooks integration, and invoice preparation. The QuickBooks integration may help read company information, customers, items and services, invoices, and related records as needed to prepare review-ready invoice drafts and support related workflows.

The software is intended to support human review and business operations. It does not replace your own review, approval, or professional judgment.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing invoices, invoice drafts, customer details, item and service details, amounts, tax treatment, and other transaction information before sending, submitting, posting, or relying on them.

Practical Intelligence does not automatically send invoices on your behalf unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise. You remain responsible for decisions made in QuickBooks and related business systems.

No Professional Advice

The software and services are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for questions about accounting treatment, taxes, legal obligations, or compliance requirements.

QuickBooks Access

QuickBooks access is authorized by the user through Intuit's authorization process. You may revoke access through Intuit or QuickBooks. Practical Intelligence may also suspend or terminate access if the integration is no longer needed, if authorization is revoked, or if continued access would create a security, legal, or operational concern.

Data Use

Practical Intelligence uses customer and QuickBooks data to provide the requested integration, workflow automation, support, and troubleshooting. We do not sell customer data.

Availability and As-Is Terms

The software is provided as-is and as available, within reasonable limits. We aim to provide useful, reliable tools, but we do not promise that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business need.
